Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
One fixed monthly amount, depending on the role, the hours and the experience required. Expect about half of what a local hire costs in Western Europe or North America, including employer costs. After the intro call you get the rate in writing, with no recruitment fee or setup costs.
What language do they work in?
English. For agreements, invoices and adjustments you have one fixed point of contact with us, in English or Dutch.
What if it doesn't click?
Then we replace them. You can cancel monthly, and there is no dismissal procedure, severance or sick pay for you to deal with.
What about confidentiality and access to our systems?
An NDA is signed upfront. You decide which systems someone can access. We advise on a safe setup with individual accounts and limited rights.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many businesses start with 20 hours a week for one area of work and expand once it proves itself.

Evers Remote is a service by Evers Operations, based in the Netherlands. We work with a dedicated remote team ourselves, and this service grew out of that.
