Evers Remote is a service by Evers Operations, Hoogstraat 3, 8061 HA Hasselt, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 97422649. Evers Operations is the controller for personal data received through this website, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Privacy questions can be sent to info@eversoperations.com.

Only what you enter or send yourself: your name, company, email address, optionally your phone number, and what you tell us about the support you are looking for. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process the details you share there.

To respond to your request, schedule a call and make you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never use your details for newsletters or advertising without your consent, and never sell them.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. Both act as processors under data processing agreements and only use your data to provide that service. Where data is processed outside the EU, this happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If your enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we delete your details no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the collaboration requires and what Dutch law requires for financial records (seven years).

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Only your language choice is remembered locally in your browser.

You can access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing by emailing info@eversoperations.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
